CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation Fees:

Our workshops

Upholding the principles of commitment and participation with honour and reflecting our commitment in ensuring fair treatment to all participants to honour integrity and honesty in the enrolment process and all transactions, and respecting the commitment of both parties involved:

    • A 25% deduction will be applied for cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the start of the workshop
    • A 50% deduction will be applied for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the start of the workshop
    • An 80% deduction will be applied for cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the start of the workshop
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the start of the workshop

Our one on one session/ consult

    • Cancellation of one on one sessions/ consults will be allowed only once and that too with a prior notice of 48 hours or more.
    • Cancellation within less than 48 hours remaining will require full payment to be made for the session, irrespective.
  • Transfer of Advance Payment:

Participants may transfer their advance payment to another individual with prior notification and approval, provided such notification is made no later than 7 days before the start of the program. Any requests for transfer must be submitted in writing and approved by the organizer.

  • Adjustment of Advance Payment:

Participants who cancel their enrolment may opt to apply their advance payment to a subsequent workshop offered within the next 6 months, reflecting our commitment to facilitating personal growth journeys. The amount will be adjusted accordingly, subject to availability and approval from the organizer.

  • Payment Completion:

100% of the payment must be completed before the start of the workshop/ one on one session/ consults participants are enrolling for. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of enrolment without refund.

  • Rescheduling:

Workshop

Participants may request to reschedule their enrolment to a future workshop offered within the next 6 months, subject to availability and approval from the organizer. A rescheduling fee of 10% may apply.

Rescheduling of one on one sessions/ consults will be allowed only once and that too with a prior notice of 48 hours or more.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours remaining will require full payment to be made for the session, irrespective.

  • Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events that result in the cancellation of the workshop, participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer their enrolment to a future workshop without any additional fees, honouring our commitment to transparency and integrity.

  • Minimum Enrolment:

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop if the minimum enrolment required is not met, demonstrating our commitment to delivering quality experiences for all participants. Participants will be notified in advance, and they may choose to transfer their enrolment to a future workshop or receive a full refund.

  • Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability and readiness for the workshop/ one on one session/ consult, upholding the principles of commitment and integrity. Any inability to attend the same due to personal reasons or schedule conflicts will not exempt participants from the cancellation policy.

  • Non-attendance:

Participants who fail to attend the workshop without prior notification will not be eligible for refunds or credits, emphasizing the importance of communication and honouring commitments.
